Q: Can I buy your software on CD-ROM?
A: We do not distribute our software on CD-ROM at this time. Sorry about any inconvenience!
Q: Is your software compatible with Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard?
A: Mac Help Writer 1.0.3 is fully compatible with Mac OS X 10.6. MacAstronomica runs under Mac OS X’s
Rosetta environment, which can be installed using the
Mac OS X 10.6 installation DVD. Font Examiner is currently being updated for Mac OS X 10.6 support;
the new version will be released soon.
Q: How can I buy your software?
A: Download the trial version, launch the application then follow the on-screen instructions.
Q: How can I reinstall a registered copy of your software?
A: Download the trial version and enter your serial number in the registration dialog. This will unlock the
features of the full version.
Q: I’m having trouble entering my serial number.
A: Please check the following:
- Check the version of the software you are registering. The serial number works with minor updates to the program but not major ones. For instance, MacAstronomica 1.0 serial numbers are valid for all MacAstronomica updates before version 2.0.
- Make sure that you enter your first name, last name and serial number exactly as they appear in the email you received from us. The lock is case-sensitive.
- Make sure that there are no trailing spaces after your first name, last name or serial number.
- Double-check your serial number. For example, the letter “O” might look like a zero and the letter “Z” might look like a two.
- We recommend that you copy the information from the email and paste it in the appropriate fields of the registration dialog. This is the simplest way to avoid mistakes.
